This policy explains how refunds work at Dana Skalin Marketing (operated by PinPro Manager). Please take a few minutes to read it before you buy. If you have questions first, just email info@danaskalin.com and we will get back to you promptly.
When you purchase a webinar, you receive immediate access to a digital product. Because that access cannot be undone the way a physical item can be returned, all webinar and digital product sales are final once access has been granted.
We want you to feel good about your purchase before you make it. Read the full description, look through what is covered, and reach out if anything is unclear.
The one exception: if a confirmed technical problem on our end stops you from accessing what you paid for, and we cannot fix it within five business days, you will receive a complete refund, no questions asked.
Management services operate on a 3-month minimum. Work begins at the start of each billing cycle, which is why fees for an active period are not refundable once that period has started. You can end your engagement after the 3-month minimum by giving us 30 days' written notice at info@danaskalin.com. We do not prorate partial months.
If you need to cancel a one-off service before any work has started, we will refund you in full. Once work is underway, we cannot offer a refund because time and resources have already been committed to your project. The sooner you let us know of any changes, the better we can accommodate you.
If something did not go the way you expected, please email us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We take every concern seriously and respond quickly. Filing a chargeback for a digital product you have already accessed and used is considered fraudulent and may result in access being revoked.
Send an email to info@danaskalin.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, the email used at purchase, your order details, and a brief description of your situation. We will reply within 3 to 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
